Deliveries


All the works we ship are carefully protected, then placed in custom packaging for transport. The works are shipped from the gallery headquarters.


Galerie la Ménagerie undertakes to deliver the ordered works as quickly as possible. In order for these deadlines to be met, the customer must ensure that they have provided accurate and complete information regarding the delivery address. The mobile phone number and email address are essential.


A tracking number is sent to the buyer when the package is shipped. This will be delivered to you in person against signature.

Galerie la Ménagerie is not responsible for customs fees or taxes on any international shipments, nor responsible for delays associated with the import process.



Returns


If you are not satisfied, you can return the purchased item to us intact within 14 days.

(The date indicated by the carrier being authentic).


The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with the return. The returned work or merchandise must be intact. You must ensure that the works, which are fragile products, arrive in perfect conditions. Any merchandise that arrives torn, damaged, stained, scratched, chipped or broken cannot be refunded.


Where possible, we recommend returning items in the original packaging. If necessary, use equivalent packaging.
