These General Conditions of Sale are those of the La Ménagerie Art Gallery, represented by Paul-Antoine RICHET COULON, whose head office is located in Prémont (02, FRANCE).

I- Products

The works of art and objects offered for sale are sold accompanied by an invoice and, for some, a certificate of authenticity. They are rigorously scanned and/or photographed to come as close as possible to the original.

Please note, however, that slight variations in shades and colors may exist. Whether it is a painting or a sculpture.

II- Price

Prices are in euros. The prices indicated do not take into account shipping costs which will be specified upon final validation of the order.

III- Payment methods

We offer different payment methods:

By bank card: In particular VISA, and Master Card via the STRIPE platform. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which allows for a secure transaction. Your banking information is never in our possession. Transactions are entirely processed by the secure payment module of the STRIPE platform.

By bank transfer: After confirming your order, if you have chosen this payment method, we will send you an invoice which includes our RIB so that you can proceed to pay for the order. Upon receipt of the full amount corresponding to the invoice for your order, we will inform you and ship it using the method previously chosen.

By check: Following a physical presentation/delivery, in person, it is possible to make your payment by check.

IV- Order conditions

The Site allows you to order a selection of products from the Galerie La Ménagerie company immediately online via the Internet for delivery in France and internationally (See the Deliveries and Returns page).
